PANANTUKAN -
- This system is one of the most effective street orientated-systems we offer for practical self-defense. In addition to punching and striking with the fist, it incorporates the use of elbow strikes and finger jabs, arm and neck wrenches, guntings and strikes to vital points, and serves to bridge the gap between striking and grappling & also any stick or knife defence program we offer . This system provides stress relief, strength, cardio-vascular fitness, self-defense and is also extremely fun. We teach panantukan with basic and advanced techniques.

PANANJAKMAN / SIKARAN -
